Originally from South Africa, Katelin began her journey with IDNZ in 2016, supporting wharf operations. Over the years, she has gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, developing a deep understanding of cruise logistics and guest services. In 2024, she transitioned into the office as a Key Account Manager, where she now oversees Pre and Post arrangements, turnarounds, and overland programs. Katelin’s genuine love for Aotearoa New Zealand and its rich culture fuels her passion for sharing the best the country has to offer. Her warm, guest-focused approach ensures travellers enjoy smooth, authentic experiences from arrival to departure.
