Daniela’s passion for the cruise industry began at sea, where she spent over seven years working onboard international cruise ships as a Shore Excursions Manager. During this time, she played a key role in developing new destinations across Australasia.
Since making New Zealand home and joining ID New Zealand in 2015, Daniela has built extensive destination and product expertise, underpinned by a sharp commercial mindset and exceptional attention to detail. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to everything she does, balancing the needs of our valued clients, suppliers, and operations with ease.
As Director Cruise Purchasing and Contracting, Daniela leads client and supplier partnerships, contracting, and procurement strategy across the cruise portfolio. She thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality, memorable experiences, while ensuring strong commercial outcomes for both clients and local operators.
