Daniela worked in the Cruise Industry for over 7 years prior to joining the ID New Zealand team in 2015. Daniela worked onboard international cruise ships as Shore Excursions Manager and was instrumental in setting up a new destination within the Australasia region. Since settling in New Zealand, Daniela has built up vast product knowledge which along with her incredible attention to detail ensures excellent product and service delivery to our cruise clients. As Cruise Operations Manager, Daniela not only manages our client and supplier negotiations, she is also integral to maintaining the highest standard of service to our clients and local operators.
