Combined with 7 years experience with Port Operations, she is an asset to the IDNZ team when assisting with Passenger Exchange Operations and Transit Calls involving Overlands and Pre and Post Tours. Brianna thrives on providing high quality end-to-end customer service and has proved herself as an avid member of the Cruise Team.
