Born in New Delhi, India, Ila has over 8 years’ experience in the travel and tourism sector prior to ID New Zealand, working with a number of international and domestic airlines. She has expanded her knowledge of the cruise industry since being in New Zealand, having worked in both ID New Zealand’s Shorex and Logistics teams. Customer service has always been a big part of her work experience and she enjoys showcasing this beautiful country and culture – a place she now calls home.
