This exclusive new property, opened in 2007, is located in Hawkes Bay in the North Island – one of New Zealand's most important wine districts. It is set on a 6,000-acre sheep and cattle farm which encompasses land reminiscent of Montana – but plunges 800 feet into the sea. The new lodge brilliantly complements the existing Cape Kidnappers links-style golf course, which has been voted 27th-best course in the world.
